Dr James McDougall General Practitioner

Dr James McDougall was born and raised on the Gold Coast.  Initially an Exercise Physiologist, he completed his medical degree at Bond University in 2012. He trained in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for five years throughout Queensland, specialising in skin cancer treatment, trauma, and chronic wounds. Dr McDougall enjoys all areas of general practice, but has a keen interest in and aptitude for the early detection and management of skin cancer; sports medicine injury prevention and treatment; paediatric care, and men’s health. Dr McDougall is also a team doctor for the Gold Coast Suns AFL team.  In his spare time, he enjoys competing in triathlons and being active with his young family.

Dr Scott Longmire General Practitioner

Dr Scott Longmire graduated from Griffith University in 2010, then worked at Nambour Hospital on the Sunshine Coast for 2 years, before returning to the Gold Coast Hospital for a further 3 years. He started at Bundall Medical Centre in 2017 where he completed his general practice training. Dr Longmire enjoys all areas of general practice, with a special interest in paediatric medicine, management of skin cancers and men’s health. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and children, often taking weekends away camping, fishing and mountain biking.

Dr Natasha Prasad General Practitioner

Dr Natasha Prasad is a fully-trained and qualified General Practitioner, holding full practising registration in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Dr Natasha was born and raised in the United Kingdom, before moving to the Czech Republic to complete her Medical Studies. She has moved to the Gold Coast with her husband and young family from Northern Rivers.

Dr Natasha has special interest in women’s health, family planning, skin cancer checks, chronic disease management, travel medicine, and immunisation.

Dr Roy Kuo General Practitioner

Dr Roy Kuo was born and raised here in Bundall on the Gold Coast. He attended Somerset College and recently graduated from Bond University. He joined Bundall Medical Centre at the beginning of 2021 as part of his general practice training. Dr Kuo can speak fluent Mandarin and is open to taking on new patients. He enjoys all areas of general practice, and has interest in family medicine.

Dr Simon Hampton General Practitioner

MBChB, FRACGP, SCCA accredited skin cancer doctor

Dr Simon Hampton completed his primary medical degree in 2011 at the University of Otago, New Zealand. After graduating, he spent 7 years working in the Hawkes Bay region of New Zealand where he built experience in a wide range of specialties in Hastings Hospital and completed general practice fellowship training in 2018. He has worked in Brisbane 2019 – 2022 before deciding to move permanently to the Gold Coast.

Dr Hampton enjoys variety in his work and is happy to cover all aspects of general practice care. He has undertaken advanced training in skin cancer diagnosis and management, and is accredited with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. Outside of work, he enjoys travel and various recreational sports.

Dr Nathan Wade-Gledhill General Practitioner

Dr Nathan Wade-Gledhill graduated from the University College London in 2009 where he also completed an intercalated BSc in Pharmacology. Dr Nathan moved to Australia in 2011 to work at the Gold Coast University Hospital working in a number of wards, including the Emergency Department and had registrar posts in Cardiology and Renal Medicine.

Dr Nathan decided to focus on General Practice in 2013 completing his FRACGP. He has continued to expand his skills throughout his career frequently attending education events and courses, obtaining a Certificate in Skin Cancer medicine and having attended several conferences including men’s health, cardiology, women’s health and other general practice updates.

Dr Nathan is happy to see patients in all areas of general practice and has special interests in men’s health, general adult medicine, mental health, care of the elderly and regularly visits aged care facilities.

Dr Stephanie Hagan General Practitioner

Dr Stephanie Hagan completed her Medical Degree at Griffith University in 2018. She later spent her Junior Doctor years working between Robina Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital – over this time she worked across various medical fields including Emergency. It was here that she found her passion for General Practice.

Dr Hagan enjoys all areas of general practice and has a particular interest in paediatrics, women’s health, antenatal care and preventative health care. Dr Hagan is welcoming to all new patients, and takes a holistic approach to health and healing. In her spare time, Dr Hagan enjoys the outdoors with her partner and young family.

Dr Matthew Knight General Practitioner

Growing up in Coomera, Dr Matthew Knight completed his Biomedical Science and Medical Degrees through Griffith University between 2006 to 2012. Dr Matt is happy to see a broad range of medical issues with special interests in traumatic injuries and musculoskeletal issues such as arthritis, fractures, dislocations, and wound infections. He can provide casts, custom thermoplastic splints and off-shelf splints and moonboots, depending on injury type. Also interested in Sports Medicine, minor surgical procedures and Implanon insertion / removal.

Dr Alicia Greenfield General Practitioner

Dr Alicia Greenfield graduated from Medicine at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2011. She completed rotations in various hospital departments in South East Queensland and NSW over a four year period, before training in general practice in rural Northern NSW. Dr Greenfield provides care for all health conditions, particularly all aspects of Women’s health, Children’s health, travel medicine, good health promotion, and chronic health conditions. She has two young children and enjoys the wonderful outdoors lifestyle the Gold Coast has to offer.

Dr Bonnie Darlow General Practitioner

Dr Bonnie Darlow is a proud Queenslander, and has deep roots in the community. Her journey has taken her from local schooling to university and training as a doctor in both Queensland and Victoria. She’s had the privilege of serving the Gold Coast as both a hospital doctor for several years, and now as a GP.

Dr Amy Hanafy* is a GP with particular interest and training in Women’s Health, Pregnancy Care, and Sexual and Reproductive Health. However Dr Amy also enjoys providing holistic General Practice care for the entire family, and exploring the wide variety of issues that arise across the lifespan. She aims to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all patients to feel cared for and listened to.

Dr Amy completed her Medical Degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast before spending a few years working at the Gold Coast University Hospital, as well as at Cairns and Mossman Hospitals in the Far North. During her hospital time she worked in a wide range of medical specialties, including extended training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology here on the Gold Coast, becoming a “GP Obstetrician”. Dr Amy has worked in Primary Care both locally and in Far North Queensland, and has experience with a diverse range of conditions and issues.

In her spare time Dr Amy enjoys reading widely, walking her dog, and spending time by the water.

Her focus has been on healing lower limb problematic wounds of an arterial, venous, mixed and diabetic in nature. With thorough assessment, treatment, and diagnostic outcomes, she has had a tremendous positive impact on improving patient outcomes among this cohort. David Neophyton Psychologist

David Neophyton has been a Psychologist for 26 years on the Gold Coast, of which the past 4 years at Bundall Medical Centre. David has experience helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and stress in general. He enjoys helping people very much and with the hope and aim for them to enjoy their lives. Linda Ryan Podiatrist

Linda Ryan has been working as a Podiatrist for 5 years after graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) from Queensland Univeristy of Technology in 2017. Linda has additional qualifications including a Diploma of Business Administration and Management, and a Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled/Division 2). Whilst on her nursing placement in an outpatient department at a local hospital, Linda came across her first ever Podiatrist treating high risk and complex wounds. After this experience with the Podiatrist, they inspired her to continue her studies further into Podiatry!

Linda currently works in private practice in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. She enjoys working with all age groups and has experience in treating a diverse range of lower limb and foot conditions. Common conditions or complaints are ankle pain, heel pain, forefoot pain, biomechanical assessments/orthotics, plantar warts, ingrown toe nails, callus and corns, diabetes assessments and education or general foot nail care.

When not working, Linda enjoys family time, going away on weekends and travelling with her two children.

Selena Chan Accredited Practising Dietitian

Selena Chan has over 30 years’ experience as a clinical dietitian and has been working in her private practices for over 20 years on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Armidale, NSW. She obtained her Dietetics Post Graduate Diploma at Sydney University and Sports Nutrition Graduate Diploma through the International Olympic Committee. Selena has worked locally and in Asia, in hospitals and private clinics, including being the dietitian to the Brunei Royal Family. Her interests are weight management, heart health, diabetes, eating disorders, food intolerances, food allergies, fussy eating, and sports nutrition. She is also trained in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) food therapy. Selena speaks Cantonese fluently and can speak some Mandarin.

She accepts referrals from GP’s, specialist, other allied health practitioners, DVA and NDIS clients. Selena is also happy to see clients that just wish to see a dietitian without a referral.

With her years of experience spanning from educating infants to the elderly, on all aspects of nutrition, she understands the challenges of diets and is particularly passionate about helping individuals translate the medical jargon and myriad of diets to find the nutrition that is best suited for her patients and to improve their quality of life.

Cameron Dicieri, a qualified Audiometrist, commenced his career in the hearing care industry in 2016. He has completed his Diploma in Audiometry and is a full member of ACAud after successfully completing his examination for full membership in February 2017. Cameron has continued his education in the industry and in 2020 completed his master’s degree in Clinical Audiology and Hearing Therapy. He was also elected to the ACAud Board of Directors in 2021.
